Fraud and cheating in installation iptv

one day i went to bsnl office sec 19, noida, There one agent Mr. SHIV KUMAR told me about IPTV CONNECTION and he visited my house and checked my modem and asked me to give a cheque of Rs 1000/(refundable) as security and free trial period for 3 months. I gave him the cheque. He ensures me that with in 3 days IPTV connection will be installed. On his words I told my cable operator to remove my connection. But upto 20 days nothing happened. I called them almost everyday, they said port is not available. Ultimately port was connected after 25 days but iptv was not connected. Again i called then they told me you have to replace your modem and you have to pay Rs1800, then only iptv will be installed. I refused to pay extra money, then they send their technical person to connect IPTV with my modem but in this process they distrubed my internet connection and destroyed my computer. Then i requested to refund my money. MY family could not see TV for whole month and i could not use internet for 10 days, I paid Rs1600/ in computer repairing and about Rs 200/ in telephone calls. Kindly help me.
