Out going audio problem

I am practicing Advocate in the HIgh Court of Madras, my client Mr. Praveen - pastor in local church, had given his mobile N51 with the said complainant, the service personnel in Radiant Telecom - Anna Nagar -Chennai undertaken to repair and rectify the said problem and promised to my client to return in perfect condition in one week time, but even after 2 months though my client had visited and requested the service personnel to return his mobil phone, it fell on deaf years, for the past two months he was running from pillar to post to get his defective mobil phone serviced and rectified, finally i had to serve legal notice, with 48 hrs deadline, upon receipt of my legal notice, my client was informed about his mobile phone got serviced and please come and collect.. now i have legal options to proceed.. i am on the job, what about warranty period - 2 months lying in the service center.
