Not satisfied with NRI Communication Lajpat Naga

Dear Sir,

I had given my N-70 for repairing as it was on warrenty period in Lajpatnagar NRI communication center nd was told that it'll be given withing 4 to 5 days nd they will be contacting me whenever the repairing work will get done. After that when I called they told me that it'll take 10 to 15 days more which was pretty ok but It is more than 15 days now nd they are least bother about my problem. However I have receieved call from them but could't pick that's why I have tried to contact them via email 3 for 4 times but did not get any response. Phone no. which was given by them keeps going busy always nd once when it was connected luckily sombody picked up nd disconnected.

I have request in email many times that if it's not get done kindly provide me some status of my query. If they are not interested in customer's problem via then why they have mentioned their email id nd why they have given no.

Thus I'm really disappointed with Nokia services.
