Dear Team,

I' ve purchased a N70 (I.M.E.I. No-358080014172373) last year dated-8 Aug'2008 at Bareilly in which the set is hang on 1st of Aug'09 during playing a game (snakes) which already enabled in the phone...

when i reached at your Bareilly-UP service centre the officials said that the set is OUT OF WARRENTY

when i show them my original purchased bill then they start to check the same. after few time they said that there is some "water damege in it" when i argued them that there is no water damage, then they said that it is prbobley a case of moisture damage "so this will be charged" i asked them to tell me wht the exactly problem in it so after a long discussion they said to me that "if u wants really know the problem, Rs 110 would be paid by you so that we can check further" and assume that it will be cost arround rs - something without any checking.

This is really a disguisting behaiviour by the centre employee and really a bad service provided which i don't even expected by a reputed company.

i request you to kindly take the necessary action in this regard and revert me asap...
