Sending mesage problem

Sir, i purchased 2 cell from porvika trichy 10/05 .if isend mesage from group . does not go continously. but when i purchased the cell it was going cotinously, so i took the problem to service center. but they told you dont have this option . when i sent message of 20 in a group, one message will go and next exit will come. so i have to press exit again and then 2nd message will go in that group. so ihave this problem. both the mobile have this problem.
