Find it difficult to get after sales service

My handset is hanged just after working for 30 seconds or so. To restart i have to disconnect the battery and again refit it, then it again works for 30 second and after that it hangs irrespective of the function i selected.

I visited to NOKIA CARE at District Centre, they told it is the software problem. I was hopeful that it will be made allright in few hours. Of course i got my mobile back within an hour or two. But when i came back to my office and checed found the similar problem persists.

SO, what i should expect, can i get my problem solved or i should keep mum.

I couldnot believe such incident particularly with the company like Nokia.

Please look into the matter.
