Phone startup failed

I have brought Nokia N70 2 years back. For one year the phone worked perfectly fine without any problem. But in last one year i have got the screen, keypad & I.C. Changed costing me more than Rs.5000. Recently one month back the phone used to get hang & when i used to remove the battery & try to switch on it the phone didn't start. Then i send the phone to nokia care center & they told me that the problem was with my memory card. So i removed my memory card & it worked fine for just 1 month.2 days back the phone again got hanged & when i removed the battery & tried to switch on it the phone gave the error "Start-up failed contact your retailer". Then i took the phone to nokia care center & i clear told me that they won't be able to repair it. One of the nokia center told that it is a hardware problem while the other told it is a software problem. Now u tell me how to get my phone repaired after spending so much money on it? Is there any reliability of nokia products? As i think they work fine just for 1 year. What should i do with my phone?
