N-70 music edition
Problem in handset

I have purchased N-70 music edition in december from subhiksha at paldi, ahmedabad. After 6 month i have face problem with my handset. At the time of making or answering the call, radio appication opens automatically, music folder opens automatically 0 and 4numeric keys are pressed automatically, loud speaker gets activated automatically and call drops at all the time

for that i went to nokia care at baroda -akota branch but nokia care person replied me after 10 days that your problem has been not solved and not take any responsibility

I am very disturb about it issue please solve it
