Cell Phone was purchased from one of your dealer Moblie. It on offswitch was giving problem on the third day. It was shred that low bttery may be the cuase. It worked after numbers of attempt &the care was taken that it always above min levell of chareg.

Had to travell to Singapur where the Sim change necciated switching of.

Nightmare begun all the attempts failed.

New mobile had to be purchased.

On reaching back, youyr care center RAYTHERMS wascontacted. Another horrible experience.

Soft need revision. The data will be lost in the process at your cost. Get the CD made if you wnt to save dat, without sharing that the fasxlility existes inthemobile to scopy alldat to meomry card.

Another visit, batteryis damaged &willgive as when we recieve. It resolved sending recievine max in fifteen days. Battery &mobile was handed over on 5thDecember, 07.

When inquired standarad answer was it is not recieved from NOkia, India. On visit todays that is 40 days answer is the same NOT recieved.

Is this the the customer need to harrassed toget the basic faultof menufacturing to be rectified.

We look forward to the solution in a day or two as I am leaving my town Baroda.
