There was some problem in my N 70..i sent my phone to nokia care centre..when i went there, they gave me other mobile..i said this was not my mobile..they said this was your mobile..so i had to take that mobile..i fought with them but they simply said sorry... i want strict action..otherwise i would go in consumer court..
