Misguiding information on their website

Please beware of Accor services / Edenred ticket restaurants and ticket compliments:

1. I visited Edenred website before going to Lifestyle, Koramangala, Bangalore for purchase using ticket compliment gift voucher

2. At the time of billing they informed that they are not accepting ticket compliment vouchers

3. On arguing with them that Lifestyle is listed on Edenred website, they said it is not Lifestyle’s responsibility to update Edenred’s website

4. I have got wrong information from Edenred website which I trusted

5. I am not sure which other affiliates listed on Edenred website are not accepting your vouchers

6. This is a deficiency in service on Edenred's part. They have misguided me through wrong information on their website. There was no indication on their website that Lifestyle is no more accepting ticket vouchers

7. Moreover on contacting their customer care they gave me Lifestyle, Koramangala, Bangalore telephone number and said they have just now checked and they are accepting the vouchers. On calling Lifestyle they straight forward rejected the claim of accepting the vouchers

Please be careful before gifting Ticket Complimentary vouchers to anyone.
