Complaing about phone damage

I regret to inform you that I purchased N72 ON 2ND SEPTEMBER from hot spot in patel nagar. It worked really well for few months but it started troubling me after that.

while talking on phone it suddenly switched off instead of full battery. I am facing many problems because of that. I went to the nearest nokia center; the one touch communication service center.there they are denning to make it correct else they are offering us to purchase a new phone of lower cost i am just fed up

I request u as my phone enjoys the gaurranty period please replace it as soon as possible
