I Have Nokia N 72. It purchased just 3 months ago but it is not working properly all the times the phone gets switchoff therefore i humbly request you to please replace my mobile.

I am facing losts of problem from this mobile.

This is my 5th time service .(In 3 months) So I request you to please look into the matter.
