Poor service

I bought this nokia n73 in the end of june. It was not charging. Dealer offered me to replace the battery, it took around one month to get the battery replaced. The problem persisted. This time handset was sent for repair on 14/10 and I got it back on 11/11 evening, the problem still persisted. I went to green park service station on 12/11/08, till date I have written so many mails and the nos. written on jobsheet are not picked up by your staff. on sending SMS it is replied that it is under repair. I am really fed up, either refund my money or I will be forcedto drag you to consumer court, for settlement of my grievances. jobsheet no. 1500309391
