IN THE REGARDS OF THE CAPTIONED MATTER, I HAD GIVEN MY HANDSFREE FOR REPLACEMENT (BEARIGN JOB SHEET NO. 475434038/0808087/1) FOR NOKIA N73 TO DIVYA ELECTRONICS FATEHGUNJ, BARODA. THEY HAD COMMITTED ME TO REPLACE IT ON 16/09 BUT TILL DATE THERE IS NO REPSPONSE FORM THEI SIDE.

I HAVE GIVEN THIS HANDSFREE FOR REPLACEMENT SINCE 7TH AUGUST'08, DOES IS TAKE SO LONG TIME FOR SUCH A SAMLL JOB TO BE DONE? WE CHOSE NOKIA FOR ITS BEST SERVICES BUT IF THIS IS YOUR GOOD SERVICE & BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CLIENT THEN WHY SHALL ONE OPT NOKIA?
