Dear Sir,
This is regarding the N76 (Batch No :- IMEI :- 353954/01/380391/2) set puchased on 7th November . the basic problem i am facing is, the set is even not able to detect the sim card from the date of purchase.
I had submitted the set in NOKIA Service centre in Noida (atta) on 2nd December 07. the commited date by service centre is already crosssed by week. I am daily chasing them for my cell
but all in vain. All i have that every day they came with a new date.
I am realy frustated by this daily follow up.
Kindly look in to this and help me out in retreving my set.
