Facing problem with the new N7610s

Respected Sir,
With due respect & regards I like to share the feedback of my new Nokia 7610 supernova,
which was purchased on 20th Feb 09 from Benz (India) Pvt Ltd. Add:- c-126, Naraina
Industrial area, Phase-I, New Delhi-28

Nokia has a Big name and they never compromise with their quality so far i had heard from my
near ones who all are having nokia instruments I bought this set to become one of the family
member. Initially i faced sound problem i went to the showroom they changed my set with the
new one but later on this set was also not fine as it was not properly audible as well as
its body is also not fixed properly. I went to the customer care (Nariana, New Delhi) where
they were quiet rude and i was embarrassed bcoz nokia who has such big market and care is
the word which you use in your promos was not there. May be i was the unfortunate one who
face this problem. I had left my instrument in the nokia care today (07-03-09) and was told
by the executive that they are helpless as they can't give any support except to keep it
there and will show that set to their engineer. They told me to collect the set on monday
if they can do it otherwise the set they will sent to Head office.
Is this the way Nokia take care of their relationship of their family members. I hope to
receive a permanent solution of my problem. And what if they fix the speaker problem but
can't fix the body of my instrument as it was told to me by the onsite executive Mr.
Yashwant.
Please Kindly look it into the matter, it will be highly appreciated if the instrument could
be replaced with the new one. And will proudly use my nokia 7610s in front of my society.
