Problem in Handset

I would like to bring it to your kind notice that I have purchase the above noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. I bought it after spending considerable money (More than 15, 000/-) in the month of August.

My mobile is giving hanging problems. It’s not working properly, gives display problem. Sometimes it gives incoming and outgoing calls problem. Sometimes the handset is vibrating continuously. The dates are not proper, the phone also hangs. When I approached the dealer from whom I purchased the phone, he says we are giving only warranty not guarantee. He will not replace the set but he is compelling us to buy another phone and sell this as second handed phone! Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. And also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains as forever.

I have given it to the dealer two-three times for repairing, but the after two-three days the condition is the same. Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as i have other liabilities too and important work to do.

I am fully dissatisfy with the handset N-79 Model and need to get my Phone Replaced or my amount with compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
