N-81
Handset not working properly

Sir, i purchased nokia n-81 on 13 march. After 2 months it has problem in scroll key. i went to nokia care on 7 july of following address

MOBILE HUT

25/51, M.G. MARG CIVIL LINES ALLAHABAD (U.P.)

They submit my handset on 7 july and said that they will inform me within 1 day but i will not have receive any call.

they gave my phone on 11 august at 3:30 pm but my handset problem was still remain same so i went again next day to nokia care and again this time they submit my handset and gave me a target delivery date of 12 sept.

so i kindly request to you that give any solution of my problem and a sugestion or humble request to make your service quick.
