Network Problem

This is Rajasekaran having a cellone post paid connection no 919443376535 plan 525 last 6yrs in Hosur TN,

My cellone connection shows full signal when on idle mode but when i dial the number or receive on incomming call the network signal drops resulting in

poor voice quality.

so pls correct the above complaint
