N97 is the worst mobile to use constant freezing, i bought the nokia N97 3 days ago, it started freezing, i approached the I2 service center in Kuwait (your authorized dealers) for repair, and there i faced the worst customer service any one may get, without too much explanation of what i faced, i told the staff there about the problem she said leave the phone for software update and we will call you when its finished, i asked her when do u expect it to finish, her reply was do not expect it before 5 days at least and it may take more, i requested talking to the technisian she said its not possible, i told her give me your headoffice tel to talk to any manager, her reply was i dont know the headoffice number, then after 5 min of discussion with her and another staff they pretended searching for the headoffice telephone and gave it to me, in which this tel. no one replies also . so to end with if a software update needs 5 days at least what if i faced a bigger problem in the telephone do i expect it to stay for 1 month? moreover your customer service staff must be trained to how to deal with customers as they are the worst staff ever dealt with. please i need your follow up on fixing the mobile as soon as possible, my job/reciept number is 90249 .
