BSNL-BROAD BAND CONNECTION SLOW WORKING

Respected Sir,

We have one landline with Data one Broad Band connection and Fax line. These two landlines have not been working properly from beginning and Data Broad Band line slow working due to encrypted weak signal received. These two lines cut off and out order from 17.8.09 due to rain. The Data One Broad line starts on working from 22.8.09. But the Fax line still not working so far. We informed to Sevalpatti Exchange about this problem. Several times your staffs came and clear these problems. However, the same problem again continued after one week. Our industry is mostly depending upon these communication systems like Fax and email only.
