Money taken not delivered the Item

Based on the adv. given on the Andhra Jyothi Karnataka Edition New paper, I had placed an order online with Naaptol for the Product Glamorous Jewellery Combo By Vintage, Product Category: Artificial Jewellery Order No : 1545319, Order Date: March 26, Item is not yet delivered. I had called the customer care multiple times and send the emails but no proper information given and not sure then this item will be delivered. Even I had send email to the CEO email address given int he site but no response. I think this will be a fraud company fooling the customers. Customer care also not having proper information. Why the leading news paper encourage this kind of advertisements, News paper should advertise genuine companies only.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
