Complaint against NAAPTOL the farji dukan

I had purchased a interview recorder form naaptol . the product which i had recieved was not working and i had compalind 1000 if times about that. but there is no one who can hera my problem . really dont purchase any thing from NAAPTOL . and punish them for inprofessional attitute. plz help me so i can replace my product and retun my money which i spend on purchasing and .phone calls... plz someone help me
