I order a Smart I6 pro phone from Naaptol.com on 9th May. The phone was delivered through courier on 14th May. I made the payment to the courier boy then and there. After he had left, I realised that there was not warranty card and original invoice. I just got a system generated invoice through courier which was inside the box. On top of that, the phone that I received was defected. There was a crack on the LCD Screen, sound on the phone is very low that you can hardly hear the other party. The moment I had put my phone on charging, it gave a message, Bad Contact with the charger.
I bought a new phone and it had so many problems. On same day, i had called to register to complaint, but naaptol refused to take any complaint. I had to approach Consumer Forum to even log a complaint at their customer service. 5 Days have already passed, but I haven t received a single call from them to solve my problem. I need my refund, because there should not be a single defect in a new product.
