Touch Screen is not working

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is for your information & necerray action that I have taken Xtreme X12 Touch Screen Mobile MP3 Player Combo 2699.00 (ORDER NUMBER 1509969) mobile from NAAPTOL.COM website, through online in the last month.

But now that mobile touch Screen is not working, then I have contacted NAAPTOL customer care executive regarding the same but he told that there is no service centre in Pune but before buying the item they told me that cervice centre is available in pune and top of that he told me that touch screen warranty is only for 24 hrs but as per the documents it is valid for six months.

Customer executive also told me that they are unable to repair the same.

they are not giving any support the customer it means they are making fools to them.

Kindly do the needful to help the customers.
