My name is Parag V. Bhavsar & my PF account number is MH/VSH/115801/456.I worked in Accutest Research (india) pvt.ltd. in Ahmedabad during 12/04 to 06-08.I have submitted the PF withdrawal form duly filled from my side to Accutest Research (india) pvt.ltd.office in Mumbai which is our head office. They given to your Vashi PF office on 13-12 according to HR department of Accutest (Ahmedabad). I also try to contact you through Phone but nobody is responding including your PRO.I am expecting better support this time (after passing almost 8 months from my side) to give my PF amount as early.
