AC DELCO
BATTERY NOT REPLACED UNDER GUARANTEE PERIOD

Sir,

I have purchased a Battery of AC DELCO company. Battery Sr no. - 100645, Bill no. - 1107 on dated 07 July from Haryana Inverter house, shop no. - 3, S.M.I.E., plot no. - 66, phase II, opp. Y.M.C.A. chowk, Faridabd. But on 19 Jan Battery got some problem so I have complaint to dealer Haryana Inverter house & they said your battery has got damaged & need replacement under guarantee. They took my battery from my house on same date. After 6 months I have not got any replacement when the battery is in Guarantee period now (18 months guarantee & 6 months warranty form date of purchasing). When I talk to dealer that give me my new battery they said that company is not giving replacement & case is approved from company.

Nowadays I am very tensed & confused. I need my battery. I have no battery in my house. Pl let me know what should I do?

Pl help me out & solve the issue.
