Eplacement of battery

I have purchased the inverter battery of the company from faridabad and now i have been transferred to muzaffarpur (bihar). The battery is still under warranty and it is not working since april. I have tried to contact the company for this over telephone nos and mail i.d. given on the website but no reply has been given by the company .it seems either the company has placed the wrong no. over website or it is not interested in addressing the customer complaint Now any how i managed to contact the local dealer of acdelco battery at patna and deposited the defective battery to him but still the company is not paying any attention to my problem and only intrested in selling the product not servicing the consumer. I am very disappointed with the apporach of the well known company ACDELCO (General Motors).
