Non-receipt or submission of claim for free gifts

Dear Sir,

I have received the three CDs ordered by mr vide ordere no.0GA080070357 dated 8th Sept. 2008.The enclosure with the invoice asks for logon to http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffers.htm for claiming free gifts. The site does not take the order and shows again and again check your details. I have made complaint on 40502424 also as many as 6 or 7 times. Everytime i was told that my order will be place after 2 or 3 days.

My unique number is 183125605A080079045, invoice number is ORA080079045 ITBC membership number is ITBC08591256.

Kindly do the needful early and oblige.
