Samsung - bad service

I purchased a samsung mobile 3 months ago... All of a sudden, it stopped working... I sent a mail to Samsung India customer service and they promptly replied with the numbr of customer Service Center. Despite trying to call them for more than 3-4 hours, the Service center just did not pick up the call.

Finally, I went to the Service Center and after waiting for about 1 hour, i was told that both s/w and h/w problem with the phone and that it needs to be replaced. All the data will be lost!

As if that wasn't enough, i'd have to wait for 5 working days to get a phone and they would not provide me a spare phone (though this one is under warranty period)...

I've decided never to buy Samsung product again!
