Illegal construction raised at c9 vasant kunj

Sir, we have a flat in c9 no 9275 and my neighbour mr vyas flat no 9278 vasant kunj has constructed 2 floors illegaly in his veranda. we are having duplex flat first and second floor .he has covered my flat from front and back side .he has raised his wall on my balcony side wall without any advice or permission.my corner first floor and second floor balcony has been covered with walls and tiles.now there is no natural air and light in my flat. we have written to all the authorities but nothing has been done so far.please do the needful i would be obliged. thank you manoj sharma
