Voter id card still not received

Respected sir,

My name is Himanshu s/o Shri Vinod kumar, Address:- H.No. 182, Sector-66, Mamura, Noida, Dist:- Gautam Budha Nagar PIN 201301 (U.P.).still not received my voter id card. Actually In the month of December 08 i have got my name in voter id list but i have not submitted my photograph because before a long time ago election commission made a camp in Telecom city sector-62 Noida so i have draw my photo there. But when the voter id card came to our village Govt. school they said that u have not submitted your photo so your id card is not came.then i have submitted my Photo Graph but i still not received my voter id card yet.please inform me when will the camp will go again in my village. so i can collect my card.
