I have recieved an e-mail informing me that i have won MS-WORD LOTTO LOTTERY conducted in AFRICA BEING THE HOST OF THE EVENT FOR THIS PRESENT YEAR MEGA JACKPOT LOTTO WINNING PROGRAMS HELD ON 23rd January prize of 1000000 GBP and I have been asked to make payment of USD 420 (Rs:-21200) as a processing fee for transfer my money to india. I am serious about it. So I want to know whetner it is a fraud or genuine mails. kindly advice me.
