With out Enquiry-rejected the voter ID application

Dear Sir,

We have applied for voter ID card in Mahadevapura constancy-Bangalore, personally we met the concerned person at BBMP Mahadevapura, submitted all relevant documents. They have given the appointment for taking photos on 8 th Apr. How ever when we went to the office and noticed that the application got rejected by them with out any reason. No enquiries and no formalities happened according to election commission rules but simply they have rejected the application. This was very painful and we regret the way the officers behave like irresponsible. We spent almost 3 working days for getting the voter card as a part of Indian citizen to fulfill my responsibilities but we were very much disappointed. We don’t have time to reapply and we are loosing the opportunity for 2009 elections.
