Rs 10000/- have been wrongly debited from my account

I went to ICICI BANK ATM situated at KARIAPPA STREET MEERUT to withdraw Rs 10000/- from account held with SBI Pine Shopping Meerut Cantt, . The transaction was declined with response code 72, stating that unable to Process vide TXN Number :-9063 dated 02 apr at 1535 hrs.

On receiving statement for the card / bank account number held with SBI I was really shocked to see that Rs 10000/- have been wrongly debited from my account. Through this portal I request all competent authorities to investigate the matter on the part f technical reliability of these ATM Machines and prevailing accounting systems.

I also request all competent authorities to revert/credit back Rs10000/- into my account no. 00000030011280980 as I have been put in very severe financial hardships. Please help me.
