Wrong contact details

I am a student from delhi.i have been getting calls and messages from icici bank for well over two years in the name of a certain Mr. Aubhav Ujjwal.when i tell the person on the line that they dialed a wrong number, they refuse to believe and say that i am lying.they say that the person they are referring to has to pay his credit card bills as soon as possible.when i try to tell them that the phone number in their record is wrong and i am not the person they want to contact, they sometimes disconnect the phone but sometimes start arguing with me.i have tried hundreds of times to resolve the matter by calling the customer care number of the bank, but it has every option but the one to talk to the customer care executive.when i did get lucky once and got on line with a customer care executive, he asked me for my account number which i obviously didn't have (as i don't have an a/c in that bank), he said that he cant help me as dont have an acount in the bank. He refused to listen to what i had to say and disconnected the phone.this has been happening for over two years now and i dont know how to resolve this matter. please help
