Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that I have not received the PAN CARD yet. I had applied for it approx before 1.5 month before and have not received it yet. I tried searching the status online and have came to know that the PAN CARD has been made. Please note the PAN number as CDDPS7209B under jurisdiction of PNE/W/53/1.
Sir, request you to confirm the status as early as possible as I am really in need of the same.
