That before 10 day i received a cover through courier in which obne credit card was enclosed.

credit card No. is 4477 4636 9093 8002

That I have never beg for credit card facility.

That I dont think i need Icici Bank credit card even if u have send me credit card.

Today I received a messange on my mobile that my Bill is generated and and Rs.748.55 is due on 17th may.

THAT I DONT WANT CREDIT CARD FACILITY AND TERMINATE MY CREDIT CARD FACILITY WITH EFFECT FROM THIS MAIL.
