Mobile office not working

Sir,

I m an airtel Prepaid Customer. My mobile no. is 9680167030.

I got my mobile recharged of Rs.395 on 25-April-09 at 2:39 PM.

According to the norms, the mobile office & internet services should start within 24 hours after getting this recharge. But till now i.e 30-April, the services have not been activated.

I have called the Airtel customer support several times but unfortunately there is no support from their side. Instead they always try to talk futile & even disconnect our call many times.

Kindly help us as they people are also not willing to pay us for the days we have not been able to use internet.
