Credit card statement

My credit card no. is 4477470344904009. this is regarding my last month statement in which you have added overlimit usage charge. the statement date is 15/6. actually there is a credit on 12/6 in the credit card account which is not shown in the statement. if this is reversed in the statement, there is no overlimit usage. could you please do the needful?

moreover, i want to increase credit limit. please guide me whom to contact for this.
