Misbehaviour of staff

Sir,

I am writing this complaint in extreme frustration.

I purchased some soaps from the reliance fresh, opp.raffel tower, anand bazaar, indore on 11 augustdetails are: c1004 #0189 21:12:56 11aug s02229 r001

and bill was generated for Rs 46.10 and Mr prakash generated the bill and he generated for Rs47, on asking the full return, he misbehaved and said do what u can i won`t return your money .on asking about regional manager he said that he is not there and do whatever but i wont give you his contact details, .i really felt like slapping on his way of talking and for his personal abusive comments, I dont understand why you keep such illitrates in your store. NOW TELL ME IF THIS IS THE ATTITUDE OF YOUR SALESMAN FOR A SINGLE RUPEE WHY WOULD SOMEONE GO INTO YOUR STORE .and u promise to provide cheapest rate. JUST KICK THAT GUY OUT OF YOUR STORE such kind of people are simply a drawback to your store.
