Money not received but amount debited in A/c

I am operating Saving Bank A/c No. 10056377252 with SBI, UIT Branch, Jodhpur. SBI has issued me ATM Card No. 6220180649000006431. In the evening of 10.08.2009 I was in urgent need of money due to medical emergency I approached ATMs for withdrawal of money, details of which are as under :

1. SBI ATM, Jaljog Circle, Jodhpur

2. SBBJ ATM, Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur

3. PNB ATM, Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur

4. SBI ATM, UIT Circle, Jodhpur and

5. Axis Bank ATM, DRM Office, Jodhpur

At some ATMs I have tried to know balance enquiry and at some ATMs I have tried to withdraw money, but due to certain problems in the ATMs I could not withdrawn even a single rupee from the above ATMs. Lastly I again went to SBI ATM, UIT Circle, Jodhpur where I tried to know the balance enquiry but I have been surprised to see the balance enquiry that there were two entries of withdrawal or Rs. 15000 each (Total Rs. 30000) from my A/c on 10.08.2009 whereas I have not withdrawn even a single rupee on 10.08.2009 till that time. After that I withdrew Rs. 10000/-.

You are requested to please arrange to look into the matter immediately and arrange to deposit back Rs. 30, 000 in my account since I am in urgent need of money due to medical emergency.
