Application for correction in name

Respected sir,

My name is KUNAL MALHOTRA . I was passed my 10th CBSE board examination in 2000 from Delhi but in my 10th class certificate or mark sheet my wrong name disappear (KUMAL MALHOTRA) at that time i was submitted an application to CBSE Delhi office dated on 07-07 which i am sending you by speed post but they had no reaction on this matter now I am appointing in railway department on compassionate ground with in 30 days. I am sending you my 10th or 12th certificate photocopy by speed post. My condition is very bad kindly give reply on this mail as soon as possible.
