Uk visa rules

I had applied for uk visa (general student, tier 4) but it got rejected..reason: i showed the bank statement of my father's account. But they are saying it does not has my name in it..so it got rejected. But last time i went to uk by doing the same thing. Is their any rule that i cannot use my father's account..actually i dont have any account as i am a student. How can i have so much money in my account...

can i use my father's bank account statement???
