Harassment by police

Hi,

this happend today 21st Sep 2009 at 3:25PM, near sadashivnagar police station, me & fellow coleuges of mine were travelling in our company cab, & were going towards mekhri circle, we had a green signal, & our cab over took a mini truck, from the right & the truck hit the cab & there was a scratch on the left hand side of the cab, the truck driver went & informed the police who was managing the signals at the near by junction, that police came & asked both of them to come to the police station which was near by, by this time both my cab driver & the truck driver compromised & wanted to leave as we were getting late me & my coleuges told both the drivers nothing's gona happen & if you go to the police station, then we all left, but the police forced us to come to the police station, then we all went & the subinspector of sadashivnagar police station (traffic) Mr. Venkataramu, without even asking anything fined both of them for lane dicipline & dangerous driving & started to scold our cab driver with foul language when I asked him to speak properly he tried scaring me saying that" I'll lodge all kind of complaint & I'll see to it that the vehicle will be seized" there was no traffic interupption & everything he has fined for is false, when I asked he started abusing all of us, I would appreciate if some one looks into this & see to it atleast people will not be abused & all kind of foul speaking shoud be stopped immediately, it hurts a lot when people who are suppose to guard are behaving so unwisely & ruthelessly, because my father served the army & I do resect the rules & regulations & we have not broken any rules for the fact & we have been punished.
