Power cut problem

We are the residents of coimbatore, civil aerodrome post, kalapatti road, there is a power cut during morning time that is from 6.00 am t0 9.00am. this is a very unsuitable timimgs for residential area as there are school students and working people who get ready in that time and this power cut causes a great nuisance... will the concerned authorities take necessary actions?
