Abt Non Tax Payee having 10 houses

Hi,

I am Kannan and living in Kambar street, Thiru Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Chennai-83. And i am living as tenant there. My house owner has 10 houses in and around Ashok nagar and each of them are given to rent for 6.5K to 10K. He is not at all giving receipt to the tenant and not paying the IT properly. His monthly income is around 70K-1lac from the rent. He also working in ONGC. Please take the necessary action and do the needful for India. Thanks in advance...
