High fare in rickshaw and incorrect mete

I had taken a rickshaw (No: MH-02-AA-3522) from Dahisar Check naka to Saki Naka, Andheri East and the meter said 16.50 and the driver charged me 205. However when I boarded a rickshaw from Kha Station to Dahisar Check Naka, the meter read 17.00 and the driver charged me accordingly... I informed this to the earlier rickshawala to which he said that it is straight road from Khar to Dahisar, hence the charge... I was not convinced with the answer and I argued not to pay the amount... To which he started making a lot of noise and I paid him... However I informed him about complaining this to the RTO to which he said that we, passengers want to harass the rickshaw... I had asked him about the erring meter on our way at Malad to which he said that it was perfectly fine. Please look into this..
