Axix I connect net banking

Dear Sir,

I am trying to transfer some money from my account to my geojit trading account. But in the last page when I enter user Id and password to re validate it gives error.(Transaction not allowed).

One time bank has wrote to me that it is because my account was not activated. But last week the same account has accepted a pay out (credit) from Geojit account.

Kindly do the needful to help me
